The Shadows

This January I had the pleasure of Producing "The Shadows," a short film Written and Directed by Andrew Davis and Jennifer Montgomery.

Principle photography began on January 9th at an abandoned motel in Lake Isabella, CA. It was a lean/mean production, but with some very talented and wonderful people.  I was invigorated by the

project and am proud of the work we did. Here's a teaser trailer for the short. We're making progress on the cut and hope to have it festivals by end of year.

The Shadows is a short film that journeys into the fringes of society, to a place of anarchy, hate and revolution. This film has a shocking ending that will leave you questioning what you really know about recent history, and what dangers lurk just out of view.

Two brothers, Ford and Israel Kinroy, lead a white supremacist gang set on creating a new White Nation in the Pacific Northwest. Ford uses revolutionary rhetoric to excuse the criminality that supports the gang's hedonistic lifestyle. Israel is tired of being in Ford's shadow, he's ready to act now, no matter the cost. Their conflict as brothers will determine both the future of the group, and the next American Revolution…

Although fictional, this project is based on real people and events.
